This is a good news for thousands of Filipino bloggers as well as merchants to target the very large Filipino population (100 million and growing). This is a large market that enticed Google to add Filipino language to it’s list of supported languages for their AdSense program.

This is also a good news to AdSense publishers because Google AdSense team will now serve ads to blog readers in those regions in addition to other existing countries and languages. This will definitely increase AdSense earning if you use multiplication principle.
